1) In which format will I get the survey results?
You will get the survey results as a HTML report (as in the example) and in the *csv format.

2) Can I additionally process data that I get from you?
You will get the data collected in the *csv format. It allows you processing data on your own (for example in MS Excel or SPSS). Everything you do with this data depends on what you really need, your analytical skills and the software you owe.

3) What should I do when I donłt like the design of the questionnaire or report that you normally offer?
If you donłt like the design of the questionnaire or report or it doesnłt suit your company image- just choose the “dedicated questionnaire” or “dedicated report” option. Then we can change everything that you want in your questionnaire and report.

4) What does “statistical analysis” mean?
The statistical analysis can include: - wyliczenie miar tendencji centralnej (dominanta, mediana, różne rodzaje ¶rednich) wraz z omówieniem i komentarzem, - wyliczenie miar rozproszenia (obszar zmienno¶ci, rozstęp, odchylenie przeciętne, odchylenie standardowe, wariancja, współczynnik zmienno¶ci, ćwiartkowe miary rozproszenia) wraz z omówieniem i komentarzem, - badanie współzależno¶ci zdarzeń, - testowanie statystycznej istotno¶ci zwi±zku pomiędzy zmiennymi, - pomiar siły zwi±zku pomiędzy zmiennymi, - szczegółow± analizę pytań o wielu możliwych odpowiedziach. 5) Iłm a student, I want to conduct survey for my thesis, can you offer me any special discount?
We have prepared a special offer for students, candidates for doctorłs degree and scientists. Itłs called “For education “ package. The package is cheaper then the standard one and contains extra service: up to 300 participants, contract period- 3 (three) months. Before buying this package you should send us information (office@e-inquiry.eu) about: the university where the survey is being made, telephone number to the researcher, if you are a student, please write us as well your professors name. It will allow us to check some of the requests.

6) Who is the “responder”?
The e-Inquiry platform doesnłt provide you the respondents. Itłs you that, after creating and publishing the questionnaire, send a special survey-link to your potential respondents. They can be, depending on the kind of questionnaire: your clients, employees, suppliers or other group of people.

7) Is it possible on the e-Inquiry Platform to create a personalized questionnaire that allows me identification of the person that fills it out?
Normally the questionnaires on our platform are open. It means, that the respondent is anonymous. The researcher sends the link to the survey to his respondents and doesnłt know, who answered or not, and how did he answer. However, it is possible to create closed (anonymous, but requires a password) or personalized questionnaire. In personalized option the respondent get his own unique password and itłs easy to find the answers of each individual person. We offer closed and personalized questionnaires with extra fee.
